I have the name of my phone set as this affirmation so if you’re on the train and you see “i am love. i am loved.” as a hotspot option, come find me. 😊

This affirmation asked to be used this month. It feels fitting for Valentine’s Day. Also, it’s my second most used affirmation. The first one being “i am enough.” I feel certain both these things are at play as to why it chose this month to be shared.

I was sick for the month of February and creating with this affirmation felt like a warm hug.

To remind myself that I am loved not only by other people but myself and source energy is a beautiful thing. An even more powerful reminder for me though is that I am love. Quite literally. We all are. We are love. All the love in the world is right here for us because we are love.
