Wildflowers are such a delight. All we have to do is notice them. Collecting all the fine options available in your area at this specific time of year… W O W !

There are many ways to collect wildflowers that don't involve picking. One can take a photo with a camera (or phone) for instance. Or collect their fragrances in our noses or their colours in our mind's eye.

If one does decide to physically pick a wildflower it is important to first ask the flower if that is ok. "Permission to pick please." Pay attention to your senses for an answer. A sense of ease? Go ahead and pick. A sense of tension? Move on.
